Biamp provides comprehensive support for products under warranty and outside warranty. If you’re having trouble and need technical repairs / support, or need to return product, complete the relevant Return Authorization form below and a representative will contact you to discuss support options.

Products that are unopened and purchased within the previous six months of the Return Authorization request, may be returned with a restocking fee of 15% applied.
A return authorization number is required to return a product.

Loudspeaker Field Servicing and Parts

You can always return a loudspeaker for repair, but sometimes it’s easier to have it fixed in the field. Biamp utilizes Authorized Field Service Stations across the continental U.S. that can help. You can also order replacement parts if needed.
