Please email purchase orders to orders@biamp.com. You will receive an order confirmation from our Customer Service team regarding pricing, availability, and delivery times.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Biamp payment terms are Net 30 days.
Electronic payments – Biamp accepts payments by ACH/Wire & EFT. Please email ar@biamp.com to request banking information, which you will receive via encrypted email. Please note, to ensure data security, Biamp will never send banking information in an unencrypted format.
Credit cards – If you wish to pay for an order by credit card, please advise your customer service representative when ordering. All credit card payments can be made on our website at https://www.biamp.com/account/make-a-payment. To ensure data security, we ask that you not include your credit card details in any email message or attachment.
