Tesira 4.10 Is Now Available
|
|
|
|
Now available for download, Tesira 4.10 delivers many new helpful features and updates:
New Features:
- New separated port mode in TesiraFORTÉ X creates four fully isolated networks for Control, VoIP, AVB, and Dante. The new port mode supports deployments with physical or VLAN isolated AVB and Dante media networks and prevents bridging network traffic.
- New feature allowing Dante channel renaming while online in either Dante Controller or Tesira software. Channel names will propagate between Tesira and Dante software in real time.
- New prompt and automation to select Dante as Media Clock Master when a Dante block is added to a layout and new Application Setting for changing the default behavior.
- New Gain Reduction Meter for both microphone and playback compressor for NPX Paging Stations. Requires NPX firmware 1.4.0 or newer.
- New NPX button mode allows 10-button NPX to select page with one button press. Requires NPX firmware 1.3.0 or newer.
- New ALAMOS 1.0 loudspeaker profile library for Voltera amplifiers. The ALAMOS library supports 237 Biamp loudspeaker models with 673 unique profiles to cover all crossover and transformer tap options
Updates:
- Significantly improved Parlé ceiling microphone audio quality with Biamp Launch on TesiraFORTÉ X when selecting the Microsoft Teams and Zoom UC profiles. Launch must be re-run after a firmware update.
- Increased Tesira RMS and Peak Audio Meters hold delay to 10 seconds, up from the original 1 second.
- Changed the Tesira document mode default to both Tesira Servers and TesiraFORTÉ and will no longer prompt by default.
- Updated event logs to show more complete network information including all DHCP lease information.

Project Designer 1.35.4
Brings Important New Updates
|
|
|
|
The newest release of Project Designer – 1.35.4 – has been optimized to run more efficiently and adds important new features.
A new “Open Apprimo Settings” capability allows designers to add a button in the interface to open the same touch panel settings previously only accessible by using the reset tool to depress a recessed switch. Now these settings are just a tap away on Apprimo Touch 4, 7 and 10 touch panels and Apprimo Touch 8i control panels.
Version 1.35.4 also adds support for SSH communication between the Impera Tango and Uniform controllers and Apprimo Touch 8i control panels, and the devices they control.
Version 1.35.4 also brings more reliable and faster-than-ever control of Tesira systems. Tesira blocks that support subscriptions, such as Level Control blocks, gain instantaneous feedback between the Tesira system and Impera control.
In addition, this update includes hundreds of new drivers across the most commonly used devices from the largest manufacturers. Device Editor software for simple creating and editing custom device drivers has also been updated for improved performance.
Always use the latest versions of Project Designer and Device Editor to get the best operation and functionality from your Impera and Apprimo systems.
