Kensington Oval in Barbados, one of the largest venues in the region with a capacity just over 28,000, underwent a major facelift for the games. Renovations included the addition of a new players’ pavilion, a museum, a new media center, and a completely new audio system based around Biamp's Community R-Series all-weather loudspeakers.
The main bowl features a distributed system of 69 R.5HPT and 52 R2 loudspeakers, augmented by 6 additional R1 systems for supplemental coverage.
