The scenery surrounding the Dahn Rockland is one of the most charming and romantic regions of Europe. Situated right in the center of the Palatinate Forest Biosphere Reserve and surrounded by spectacular giant rock formations and legendary castles, the Felsenland Hotel with its wellness area stretching over 3.000 m² is a haven of tranquility for those who are searching for peace and relaxation in a particularly attractive environment. The sound system of the vast wellness department and guest areas of the Hotel has recently been realized with Biamp.
For this project, first a 100 volts sound system was installed enabling diffusion of specific recordings through the loudspeakers in the wellness department such as the sauna, the swimming pool and the fitness center. Furthermore, also the classical guest areas such as the breakfast room, the restaurant, the bar as well as service areas in the hotel such as the kitchen were equipped with their own sound possibilities. The purpose of this project was to have the source material of the highest quality professional FM/AM tuner PR1000R and multi-format media player PC1000RMKII from Biamp play music which can be controlled in the individual areas.
The decision to gradually equip the system with components from Biamp is based on the installers' positive experiences over the years with the manufacturer. He appreciates in particular the high reliability as well as the perfectly matched product range allowing a smooth and fast accomplishment of the project.
