Subject to Biamp’s Terms and Conditions of Sale. All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars and delivery terms, unless otherwise stated, are Ex Works (Incoterms® 2020). Returned goods will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

RETURN AUTHORIZATIONS (RAs):

Biamp is committed to providing accurate order fulfillment and on-time order delivery for every one of our customers. Biamp also stands behind the value and quality of our product and are confident they will function as designed. If you need to return a product(s), please reference the following information:

• Go to our Return Authorization request page here, select the RA form type, complete the form and submit.
• A 15% restock fee may apply to all returned orders.
• Returns must be in the original packaging and less than six (6) months old from ship date.
• Once the unit is received, it may take up to 10 business days to process the request for credit.

*PLEASE NOTE: Submitting a Return Authorization (RA) request does not guarantee an RA will be generated. These requests are reviewed individually by our expert team members to determine whether an RA is necessary.
